  1. I have Asus GX531GXR. Comes with i7-9750h and RTX 2080 MAXQ. Every game I play has this issue except BF3. Games Like RDR2, Days Gone, Dying light and many more are the most affected by this issue. I get these dropped frames every 30 seconds to a minutes. They drop for about 5 seconds and go back up. This never stops and continues through the gaming session. I have sent RMA twice and they returned the laptop with the same issue. I reapplied paste, used DDU to and installed drivers through Nvidia and ASUS drivers with no hope. Did anybody face this issue and solved it? I would really appreciate any help. I recorded a video showing the problem: View: https://youtu.be/XGcY9okZkyU Stuttering starts at 00:48 Thanks Ed
  2. Thank you for the information. Any idea on how to make a copy of the firmware?
  3. Hello everyone Thank you for accepting me in this forum. I have a weird story. I bought a nintendo switch for what it seemed like an amazing price than when I received it I turned it on and I saw a menu that has options (see pic) but never had the system on. I tried looking for a solution but never found anything for this issue. I listed the console on ebay "as is" condition, then I received a message from an eBay member with a link to reddit post. The console seems to be a "preproduction unit". And from what I understand it never had any firmware installed on it, so I can literally install anything including custom firmware. What do you guys think, is this really what it is and any idea on how to install firmware on it? Regards Al
