Yep, go with solid wire. It is far easier to crimp / punch. Also, avoid CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) ethernet cable. It is inferior to solid copper.

Router does not equal access point. 
 
A router routes internet traffic. That's always needed. 
 
An access point transmits wireless signal. 
 
They are often built into one device and called a "router" for simplicity. 

rx580 is still a strong gpu so i would personally wait till next gen drops and have a look at doing gpu then. For now i would look into a m/b. Personally i would look into a x570/b550 board and then sell the old board to make a little coin back. Also when next gen drops sell the rx 580 to once again recover a little bit of the cost or if he can live with out a pc for a day or two sell it and then get a new GPU

do not refund anything based on reviews firstly. its not the best x570 board but it is better than most b450 boards.
 
You cant really break the motherboard if you have decent psu and you dotn wreck it up.

And no, your board is fine. Don't worry.

The worst that can happen is that is doesn't boot with settings applied.
2nd worst - it makes mistakes while the system is running, causing random bsod.
3rd worst - it applies and works properly, but then just dies one day (if you push like.. 1.6v through it or something)
 
Make small changes, run memory test, repeat. You'll get the most of it by tightening the timings. Pretty hard to do if you don't know what you're doing, so make sure you're well informed.

Coil whine is luck of the draw.  It’s caused by a cracked coil and everything has coils

im with you there. May see some more programs getting set up to run on arm but besides that i can't see ARM taking over

i do not think you can, think the installer auto formats it. Could possible be a work around but doubt it. Tho a fresh install is always a good way to go.

probably need to dial back your OC a bit as its not 100% stable. I would start by bringing back the memory clocks.. +1300 is very aggressive. Try at 1k and adjust from there. 

Crucial's MX500 is also my go to cheap with DRAM cache drive. Honestly can not go wrong with it

You could do stripped volume in window 10. Kind of like raid0 I guess so. I mean if you just want both drives to show up as one.

also worth mentioning this motherboard isn't really capable of powering an overclocked / boosted 3700x
