Kilrah, as a personal request from me, the person that originally posted this thread, please stop commenting on this thread. The attached pic is the site. Somewhere you have not been. The only active animation on that page is the Zotac news banner that is scrolling text. No kidding something is going on somewhere. I was hoping maybe someone else with mining software would be able to share an experience and have a conversation surrounding relevant information. Guessing every guess and ultimately leaving it at magic does magic was not what i was looking for. I don't mean to be offensive and i've tried to write this as nicely as possible while explaining myself. I also realize that this alone will set people off, so whatever. *internetz*

"it just means their webpage are heavy on resources" "Just the browser being heavy on the GPU" "that site is likely coded like crap" I guess i just haven't felt like any of these comments have been constructive. What coding on a website munches on 20% enough of a 2070 super to affect mining by 15-20%?

No joke. And compared to listing all the 30 series on best buy and newegg, there is no comparison. Best buy and newegg have considerably more listings, much more in regards to visuals being rendered. Newegg has 92 listings, bestbuy has 55, zotac has 15. I can watch a 4k youttube video and not drop 8Mh. But sitting on this link, eats megahash's. At least in my case.

When i visit the Zotac store i have noticed that if i happen to be mining also, my hashrate goes from around 40 to around 32. Is this just me? Am i imagining things? I can visit best buys page, neweggs, and see next to no hit on mining. Yet if i am watching Zotac's page, and have it actively open and up front, my hash rate drops about 15%. All pages visit are the 30 series pages that list all they offer. Zotac's page is the smallest and shortest. Any thoughts on this? They seem pro mining so i don't understand why they would want this to happen as a deterrent to miners. Much confusion. Ultimately, whatever, i don't care too much. But am curious what others thoughts are on why this happens.

I agree with this sentiment. I want (and have) the money to support LTT and other creators, but i don't see the value in Floatplane for what most creators are asking, and per creator, each with their own different offerings and prices? It's really hard to determine the value of offerings on Floatplane. If i can't figure out the value of the offering(s), i won't spend money just to spend money. That's how you end up with no money.

Monitor goes black while audio continues

Curious, have you seen the vide in regards to static from JaysTwoCents? He keeps zapping his monitor with static which causes it to reset, almost as you are describing. Perhaps you have a static problem? -
You could post on the thread for the tier list, but ultimately, all manufactures have bad parts now and then. Still worth sharing though. That or even create a post on the power supply branch of the forum.

hhhmmm, so looking at the graph below i notice that the GPU is encoding something at the time that you are experiencing these dips. I figured streaming, but i could see Shadow play causing this also. Turn it off for a time to see if the issue goes away. If so, we can analyze from there.
