how can i clear cache shader?

i recently bought an rtx 2060, it arrived today, but everytime i try to open a game like fortnite, fivem, warzone, r6s. The game just closes, I thought it was a vram problem but I benchmarked it in the OCCT and apparently it isn't. I've tried to clean drivers (ddu), install other drivers, but nothing works, does anyone have an idea of what it might be?
