Aquaviperbite

Okay so my pc at home I've used for about 4 ish years now has been running perfectly fine but when I powered it on this morning, I got no video output and the fan in the PSU and on the cpu cooler slowly started to speed up until they were just sitting at full speed whislt nothing was happening with no display. Any help would be greatly appreciated
