  1. The pump is already completely below the radiator. I have the Lian Li PC-o11 Dynamic and the radiator is on the top of the case. I have gone into BIOS setup and everything was fine. I have updated the BIOS and I have reset the factory values just in case and it continues to go wrong. The new one arrives in a week. I hope it works well. I have also found this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9U_5aGf0G9Q) where the problem is identical to mine and at minute 20:30 it shows what happens. When I get the new liquid refrigeration I will disassemble the one I have now and see if it is the same. Knowing that the pump could be dead in another way makes me quite happy because I no longer know what it could be
  2. I forgot to mention the following, when I disconnect the pump and reconnect it again, the temperature goes from 70-80 to 50 in a matter of a few seconds. Any ideas?
  3. I plugged the pump connector into a CPU_FAN to see if the pump was dead, but no, it was running at 4000rpm. I have bought another AIO and it arrives in 2 weeks. I still have a bad time with the new one, I'm going to return the processor and get another one under warranty. Thank you very much for the help!
  4. I don't see anything obvious that indicates that it is wrong. I have seen in this video at minute 11:25 that if one tube is much hotter than the other it means that the pump is dead That's true? In my case, one tube is much hotter than the other
  5. Yes, a lot more. But it's normal right? I want to think that the hot liquid passes through one tube and the cold through the other
  6. I have tried to put my serial number but the page tells me that my product is not compatible since it is only for the versions 240R / 360R and i have the 240. I have also contacted them. Any other idea?
  7. Since 2 weeks ago I have problems with the temperature of the processor. I have an i5 12600k (without OC) and an MSI MAG CoreLiquid C240 liquid. When I play games the processor reaches more than 90 degrees and is at 60 at idle. I have changed thermal paste and I have verified that the pump works correctly. I have updated windows, bios and drivers. Could maybe be the motherboard or CPU? I need help please
