  1. Hi, as more and more devices become usb-c enabled, more people are going to use it. i personally have a macbook pro with the 87 watt charger, i also have a few usb c devices now, including the Sony 1000mx4s along with a few usb c power banks. At the moment, i use different usb c chargers for the devices, a 15 watt charger for the headphones, the 87 watt for the laptop, and 20 watts for the power banks. my question is: if i can use the macbook charger for all of them. it would save alot of storage if i ever needed to travel. i know it wont speed up charging because the other devices will only take the energy they need, but would the high wattage damage them? or would the macbook charger only give the amount of energy the device can handle?
  2. I found a drive on eBay and I was thinking of buying it. it's a "dell" drive that was manufactured by Seagate. I was wondering if this drive would act differently from a normal Seagate drive. if it helps, the seller listed the drive as "Seagate ST8000NM0055 8TB 256MB 3.5" SATA 6GB/s 7200RPM DELL PN 0T05HP"
  3. so I want to have a single NAS drive and I already have an enclosure. I was looking at some hard drives I found one that I liked, but it has a "4kn" on it. I did my research and know the difference between 4kn and normal 512e drives. I just want to know if they will function the same (basically, do you need different hardware for either one)?
