i have tried that i play warzone and for some reason when i play on window borderless it takes up more power from my gpu when im on full screen it goes down and doesn't take that much power

yeah i do have it on my other monitor its when im in a middle of a game i don't wanna alt tab and drag my main mouse to my other monitor thats why i was wondering if there is a way to have the other mouse work only for that monitor where my chat is

i have a one fully functional pc i got a i7 10th gen with a 2060 super. I stream and I have 2 monitors and i was wondering if there is a way where i can have 2 mouse's but my main mouse just works with my main monitor and the other one works with the other monitor. because I don't wanna alt tab and get out my game to check my chat or change music.
