Now we just need an rtx 2070 5gb, rtx 2070 3gb, rtx 2070 ddr4 and rtx 2070 6gb.
Also a version with raytracing cores disabled called the gtx 2070. Thanks @PatXioPC for the idea.

BulkFish reacted to captain_to_fire in Verizon gets Red Hydrogen One
All I want is for Brandon to be the one to review the camera features and compare stills and videos with competing smartphones like the iPhone X, Pixel 2 XL, GS9+, and the Huawei P20 Pro. I trust his judgement on cameras more than Linus.

BulkFish reacted to Dredgy in Australia's NBN set to cost $15b more than expected.
Theoretically it's not, if fibre is being run to the node, is an easy matter to run it a bit further to the premises. Labor won't do it though, it would blow the cost out even more.
Is also worth noting that this cost blowout has to be picked up by private investors (from my understanding) and not the taxpayers.

So Microsoft not only want to know everything you type but everything you say as well

BulkFish reacted to atrash in Panasonic Exoskeleton Will Give You Superhuman Strength
I like how the Japanese always will try to blend in some human touch to their robotics and not get carried away with full autonomous robot. The part where the caretaker carrying her patient, that was brilliant. Would anyone ever go this far and create such impressive thing and still keeping in mind for it to be able to do such mundane task?
Sadly in some country, this will be gladly turn into weapon under the pretence of 'security'

BulkFish reacted to Jaybird in Kickstarter Mac 2015 adapter.
looks neat. personally though, owning two macbooks pros. at any given moment i am only every using zero of my ports. I use my macbook pro as it was intended, to be MOBILE. at the end of the day, i plug my macbook pro in to charge and use my desktop to finish my day. from my perspective there is not a port issue. personally i am wondering what people are doing that they are using all the ports all the times. are they using a macbook as a desktop? are they using an after market keyboard and mouse, do they lug these around with them? seriously, I dont see a port issue. back to the product in question, it does look nice and looks to gave good functionality and would probably be on my list of things to buy or give as a gift.

BulkFish reacted to othertomperson in OLED breakthrough (they finally did it)
What you're describing is a problem if by "using a PC" you mean "staring at a static image for 8-12 hours". That's not healthy for you, let alone your monitor.
Like I don't know what to tell you. This was the world we lived in before ~2005. It wasn't really a problem.
