Thank you all for these comments i really appreciate the help! As i am very unfamiliar with most builds if they are not for gaming. I plan on putting an AIO in for cooling and i have the case picked out already.

Budget (including currency): Open Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Autocad with LandFX plugin, Google Sketch up, Lumion, Revit, The Adobe Creative Studio, and Microsoft Office Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): So right now I am currently looking to build my brother-in-law a PC for work at home. These are the programs he uses day to day and i want to make sure that i build him one with plenty of muscle. The only issue i do not actually run most of these myself and I do not really know what they take spec wise to run.
