Thanks, the BSODs seems to be fixed but it doesn't seem to have fixed the second error up, any ideas on what's causing it?

Hello everyone, I started my laptop today after a few days, after using it for around 10 mins it bluescreened with the error DPC_Watchdog_Violation. This happened around 5-6 times so I booted it up in safe mode and then I got this error. While in safe mode this error pops up every 2-3 minutes or so. I asked some people over on discord about this and they said that I'll need to reset my laptop, Is it possible to fix this without resetting it?

I recently upgraded my laptop ram to 16 gb and around an hour ago I noticed that the ram usage is almost double of what it was before (3.3~3.5). Is this normal?

Awesome, Permissions were removed from all games except Genshin Impact ( the only one I wanted to play). It's just my bad luck.
