  1. Hi, This PC is around 8 years old, Started approximately 2 or 3 days ago. Expecting the worse if I am honest.
  2. Hi Guys, Having issues loading games and running them, Steam not loading, Riot client freezing when loading and in games. Have looked at the S.M.A.R.T analysis of the hard drive as I have considered thermal throttling of the CPU, but not sure what it reads, any help will be much appreciated. I7-4770k GTX 770 8GB RAM Thanks
  3. Corsair RM750 80+ Gold
  4. Sorry wasn't clear about this, was going to upgrade everything, got a 750w corsair atm but was thinking going to 1000w just to be safe, maybe overkill.
  5. Budget (including currency): Country: Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hi guys, I currently run and i7-4770 and a 980ti. Looking to upgrade my whole system to a 5900x with a 3080 but wondering which to buy first. I can preorder cpu with ram, mobo and aio easily, however due to the stock issued with current GPUs I cannot get a sniff at one. So was wondering whether it would be worthwhile upgrading everything apart from my GPU and using my 980ti for the time being and maybe waiting for the 3080ti if there is ever news of this. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers
  6. I cleared the CMOS by removing the battery and it is still having the same issue
  7. Yeah just tried and still getting black screen with no POST beeb
  8. Hi guys, Got a weird situation, I changed my pc from hdd to ssd, partitioned, everything worked just needed to go into bios to change the start up drive, tried this and the PC wouldn't boot (pre mb speaker) yet all the fans and lights were on. Had a few troubleshoots and nailed it down to issues with the motherboard, cpu or psu. Hence sent this to an IT specialist for testing but due to covid they had to isolate and gave me my PC back I then tried the PC again after plugging in an mb speaker and it all worked perfectly POST beeb etc, however I had left the pci network card out, so I unplugged everything and reinstalled it. Now the PC has the same issues as before, no POST beeb, no display and the funny thing I noticed is the case fans and cpu fans are spinning, when the PC was on before the case fans were not on. Any ideas? Has the network card shorted the mb? I'm literally so confused at it was working perfectly prior to the network card installation. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
  9. Ahhh thank you, looks suitable!
  10. Ahhh yeah sorry, max of £250 and really around 24"
  11. Hi guys, Looking for a new monitor which will be suitable for the next gen consoles, haven't got a huge budget but my current displays are not up to scratch. Any suggestions would be great! Cheers
