    If your integrated videocard is only used 41% of its full capacity, you don't need your more power hungry Nvidia videocard to power on.
     
    But if you still want it to turn on regardless: Nvidia Conrol panel > Manage 3D Settings > Sett Graphics Processor from auto to your dedicated videocard

    dont stress, thats the average low temp so everything is fine in there, generally a laptop should start to throttle down when it reaches the 85-100 area degrees celsius, and under full load if your laptop is around 70 celsius then its fine
