  1. I set up a Minecraft server on a separate computer from the one I'm trying to connect to. It's running on an Ubuntu server with PufferPanel installed too. I have the server port forward to 25567 on TCP AND UDP and I have set up a DHCP IP reservation. The server seems to run fine in the console however I am unable to connect to it even on the local network. I have tried connecting with the device running the server's IP address and my external IP address and I have specified the port by following the IP address with :25567.
  2. Would that be the Wan IP on the main point?
  3. I am checking it with https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ It works over LAN I connected to the server through a different computer than the one the server was hosted on. How do I check that my ISP has given me a public IP address or a CGNAT?
  4. I have a google nest router and I am trying to port forward a Minecraft server. I have port awarded the device to port 25565 and tcp/udp. I reserved the port with DHCP IP Reservations and I allowed the port through both tcp and udp on windows firewall. When I check to see if it is open it says the port is closed.
  5. Yeah it’s a pc and windows. Yes I have tried a different jack. It just connected with usb and plugged it into the wall. I think better term is floppy disk drive. How would I scan for the hardware
  6. My sound was working fine I had the Realtek drivers installed. I tried plugging a external dvd player and static started coming through my speakers. The dvd player was old and didn't work so I unplugged it. I put on my headphones and all I could hear was really loud static and I couldn't hear anything. I ran the troubleshooter and it uninstalled the Realtek drivers and the static was gone but I could not hear anything because it was not detecting the headphones. I tried reinstalling the Realtek drivers and there was still static and when I uninstalled them it still was not detecting the headphones. I am currently using the headphone jack in my monitor but it isn't ideal.
  7. So my laptop has both graphics options. I tried switching in Nvidia control panel but now it has reverted back to the integrated graphics no matter what I do. Also i windows 10 settings it just shows me the integrated graphics and does give me the option for the dedicated.
  8. alright will get both if I find that I need the headphones need it.
  9. I was saying that it was overkill because I would have to buy the amp and dac separately for a totally of $260 USD which is more then the price of the beyerdyamic tygr headphones I was going to pair it with. Also it doesn't require an amp so what would be wrong with liquid spark and soundblaster. Shouldn't they be fine to power it?
  10. Unfortunately that is out of my budget. The beyerdyamic tygr is only 32ohms so that’s probably over kill
  11. Ill probably get an amp and dac later down the line because I've heard it does make it sound better so should get the sound blasterx g5 or the liquid spark
  12. alright thanks ill probs get the mod mic then. especially because i cant clap things to my desk.
  13. Alright I think i’m gonna go for the tygr. Thanks
  14. Since I listen to some rap, some pop, and some rock and roll. I mostly play shooters and sometimes single player, and survival games. Should I get the Dt 990 pros, Beyerdynamic Team Tygr, Or the HD 58x. Also Im planning on getting an oculus so since the Beyerdynamic Team Tygr don't need an amp I could use it with the oculus. However if the other two are better for what I'm going to use them for I would want to get that one.
  15. Alright I think I might stick with open backs because I normally don't have people in my room and I keep my volume around 30-40.
  16. I could be an issue for me however I do use Nvidia broadcast but sometimes other people are in the same room as me. On open back head phones is the ability to hear where sounds are precisely better then surround sound in a gaming headset.
  17. Also im wondering how bad the sound leakage is on open back headphones
  18. I've heard that the mod mic just sounds like a regulars headphone mic and also that it sounds wonderful. I was looking to get the samsung q2u for about the same price. However I would need to buy a mount.
  19. I see that the Beyerdynamic tygr are $300 USD would I still need an amp and dac with them as they are only 32ohms. I am in the US so should I got with the HD 58x instead.
