  1. Hello I'm new to this forum but I would like to ask some help troubleshooting a problem with my Dell Inspiron 7559 laptop. Whenever I put my laptop into load by opening up a game, at some point the speakers will crackle and distort the sound. After a while it will shutdown by itself. This used to not happen before as I was able to run stuff like CEMU emulator just fine on it, but now I can only play League of Legends and whenever I run stuff that it could easily run before it repeats the above issue. This problem first popped up when I was gaming on it for long periods of time without a battery, I have since then replaced the battery and put some new thermal paste on the CPU. If it helps, the keyboard once broke as well and was replaced. This didn't fix the issue though, as it still shuts down if I try to run anything heavy. If you need me to do diagnostics or send info about my system, feel free to ask! I have no idea if this is a hardware issue or a software issue, can anyone point me in the right direction into fixing this issue? Thanks! Attached is a CSV of somhwininfo.CSVe logs from HWiNFO64 when I was troubleshooting.
