  8. I did try that no luck and I know my max is 16gb max tried holding the power button while the battery was out and all but the screen just won’t turn on. I swap back to 4gb and it works fine?

Hi I just upgraded my hard drive to a sad and today my ram came the green pic is my old 4gb ram and the black is 8gb and I’ve x2 of the 8gb versions, taking me to now 16gb instead of 4 I know my laptop can take up to 16gb but when I put in the new ram it doesn’t bring up a picture in my laptop ? But when I swap it back to just the 4gb it works straight away ? Any solutions ? I did install it correctly and grounded myself etc? Thanks
  12. Hi my new ram arrived but when I install it with either one of them or both the laptop doesn’t boot? Would start up but the screen will never turn on and when I go back to the old Kingston one it boots up fine? I installed it right and grounded myself but it just not working any ideas?

  14. Hi I don’t know how to do this but my fans always have ramped up and it’s so loud and I believe it’s cus the max temp is set at 62/63 degrees how do I make it ramp up at a higher temp and what temp would be best ? Thankyou
