I will be selling my GPU tomorrow hopefully and I have bought “USB 3.0 to HDMI” will I be able to use my PC via that?

CPU - i9-9900K
I believe it does has integrated graphics, i just need to use my PC be able to use MS Word, Google Chrome etc.
My motherboard DOES NOT have any HDMI or VGA port it only has Optical, USB 3.0/C, Ethernet and Audio Port.
Please do give suggestion to run without a GPU with no HDMI or VGA ports on your motherboard.
**Need answers within 12-14 hours** (Approximate time my gpu will be ready to deliver)
