  1. In term of price i think it's normal would be about $100+- different due to discount or etc. I think it depend on you are you satisfy with the spec will it suit your need in term of FPS, work processing time etc.
  2. Hi, I been having problem with my PC lately it randomly restart for 3-4 month (like in total about 50+ times) so i decide to swap my PSU from 1200w 80+Plat to a 850w 80+Gold the restart didn't happen for a while now but at the same power limit my GPU was about 5-7C, Memory 10C, Hot spot 10C (from HWmonitor) hotter then when i was using my old PSU. Was this normal? or could it be some sort of unstable power current of my old PSU cause the card to not work fully and now it work fully?
  3. Hi, is it possible for a GPU to run if you only plug 2 8 pins cable for a 3 8 pins slot card like a 3080 3090 or it will work but running at 66.66 percent power?
  4. Hi, thank you so i can just plug my GPU 8 pin to another PSU and plug the PSU to the wall and i'm good to go?
  5. Hi, is it possible for 1 PC to have 2 PSU for example 1 providing power for GPU only and the other Mobo and the rest of the system.
  6. Hi, my PC randomly shut off and back on, like lost power restart when i'm using it at full load (600w+-) mostly gaming (from my experience when the game load new map/area die and restart from checkpoint etc. activity that require GPU to draw power) from 6 hrs+ or few hours or hour or sometime freshly turn on and it will keep restart like this after the first time restart in that rotation like in a hour or 5-10 mins or load my game save. Out of desperation in try switch my GPU's 8 pin cable slot on the Power Supply it fix the problem for a while untill the next rotation come 6 hours to an hour. I try run HDtune turn out my SSD is fine, try MemTest the RAM pass and i don't think it an overheat problem since sometime it happen in the beginning of the day and i do have a UPS(1050w Pure sine wave) hook up to my PC. Can anyone figure out the problem or is there any way to test my GPU or PSU and if it is the Power supply will this shut off/on cause damage to other compenent?
  7. Hi, I upgrade my system but i'm still using my old UPS (a cheap brand 1000w pure sine wave) now my average power draw is about 600-700w + 85w for my monitor. To my understanding it is fine since 700w+85w = 785w which still under the range my UPS could support. I would like to know in the real world situation are there any factor come into play and will this had an effect on how my PSU work since it have higher power draw(1200w) than the UPS(1000W) or maybe damage it and other component?
  8. Hi, i was using the cable in the PSU package and my system is not overclock the LED stop blinging but still the restart still happen so i'm still got no clue what happen
  9. My Spec ROG Maximus XII hero i9-10900k 8x2 GB TridentZ Royal 4266Mhz ROG Thor 1200w ROG Strix RTX3090 A 3 year olds UPS (pure sine wave 1000w that cost $149) i'm using the same UPS for my monitor and PC (the monitor consume 85w according to the spec) Hi, I have been using this PC for almost a year now, about 6-7 month ago my PC starting to restart when i'm playing GPU demanding game especially when the game loading in to new map new environment like loading save, after a cutscence, etc. occur randomly sometime it have no problem at all and i can't figure out the cause so i been using them like this till now. Yesterday it restart after loading my game save (just turn on my PC enter the game after loading save it just restart) about 6 time i was trying to finish my game so i keep playing. Today i turn on my PC and the red LED on my graphic card (ROG Strix) was blinging (warning for not enough power) and out of desperation i just change the 8-pin slot on my PSU turn in back on and it stop blinging but the restart still happen. I been having with this problem for the past 6-7 month now and I think this time i should take this problem seriously in the past i have try many way to figure out the problem down clock my GPU (MSI Afterburner), memtest my ram, swap my M.2 (no bad sector by the way), try running my PC without UPS still have the restart problem. My guess was the GPU / PSU / UPS that cause the problem and i have almost zero knowledge when it come to electricity anybody got any idea what might be the problem or what i was don't wrong with my system?
