I'm not sure if it was cooling issue since if i do a stress test to the cpu the temp never get more than 65°C, and, yea i should bring my laptop to a local tech guy

(sorry for bad english) so, i have a laptop Asus X450JB, the problem with my laptop is, my cpu speed stuck at 800Mhz it's far too low than it's designed speed 2.6 Ghz. So, i uses ThrottleStop and uncheck that BD_Prochot option then my cpu can run at its full speed. unfortunately tho, everytime it run at it's boosted speed my laptop turn off with no warning, even i have tried to lower the speed to 1.7 Ghz and still the same. the safest speed was at 1.3Ghz, that's just too low. there's no heat issue, highest temperature in gaming was 60°C, qnd I'm using the recommended power adaptor that has 19v 4.74a 90w..
