dont stress, thats the average low temp so everything is fine in there, generally a laptop should start to throttle down when it reaches the 85-100 area degrees celsius, and under full load if your laptop is around 70 celsius then its fine

probably the best ways to tweak you setting is to turn on windows game mode and upgrade you drivers for your graphics and always make sure to close all backround apps!!!
and also one more thing, your graphics card or the entire laptop might not be runningg on required Mhz speed

thats one expensive build but you pretty much got all the good stuff lol, i have one suggestion maybe wait till the new ryzen 4th gen 12 core processir thats coming soon if you are really about performance and high end, one more thing try go for 3600mhz ram and even more if you really want to boost it, just make sure you have the righ motherboard to further comply your hardware!

Ryzen 4000 announcement is on the 8th, probably worth it if you can wait.
3600 mhz ram is the ideal speed for ryzen
