  1. Ok, I tried doing all the troubleshooting you listed and nothing seems to have worked. I installed Afterburner and the only things that I noticed that might be off are: My memory clock was spiking to 7000 whenever I open an application, but then seems to go down afterwards and the CPU clock is always at max. Other than that there are no visible issues. Temperatures are not spiking. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Also, thank you for taking the time to try and help me out.
  2. I am having major stuttering issues with only certain games. I first noticed it when I purchased and installed Crusader Kings 3, and when I reinstalled Rainbow Six Siege. The stuttering happens every 2-5 seconds and drops to about 4-30fps. The games run at about 100-150 fps when it is not stuttering. The odd thing is that it only seems to happen with these two games from what I can see. I have tried messing around with my graphic setting, even lowering them to the lowest they can be and still have the same exact issue. I have checked my system multiple times to see if there are any integrity issues with my parts to no avail. My suspicion is on my graphics card or my SSD, but both seem to have no issues that my system has been able to find. I have also tried reinstalling my drivers for both my GPU and CPU multiple times, and I am fully up to date on my windows updates. I have also checked to see if there is some type of temperature spike, but there seems to be no issues there. I also recently updated my BIOS and the other drivers listed on the ASUS website for my motherboard. I have only had my build for 2 months and this just started to happen about a week ago. Here are my system specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) RAM: G-Skill F4-3200 DDR4 16GB (TWO 8GB CARDS) Storage: Crucial 1TB SSD (CT1000MX500SSD4) PSU: Tough Power GF1 650W Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) BIOS Version: 2607 If any additional information is needed to help solve this problem, please let me know.
