I don't know. I knew a person who was basically a Sociopath in terms of not understanding empathy. Did some horrible stuff and didn't even know it was wrong. first of all, it's cheaper, a lot cheaper, and you don't need to worry about it breaking in the future, even if one of its fans breaks you can just use another fan in the computer and continue to use it.
a normal 360mm AIO cooler has 4 moving parts, 3 fans, and the motor, if the motor fails the PC might break due to overheating

agreed since AMD have pretty much no current gen options that's around 100 to 150 bucks beside older AM4 stuff and AM4 is already EOL
but since OP's budget is about 1000 to 2000 he should go with 7600
