Trying to figue out a build for PC/VR Gaming. I'm planning on getting my Valve Index soon and still need to build a PC for it, so I figured I'd ask you guys for help. My budget is around $1000-$1500. I know the 3060 is coming out in October, but I know it's probably going to be out of stock for a while, so I would like to build now, and be able to upgrade down the line! I would be mainly using this PC for VR gaming and minor graphic design stuff for work (Photoshop, Illustrator). I'm pretty new at this stuff so any help would be appreciated. 3. Budget (including currency): $1000-$1500 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VR Gaming, Basic Video Editing Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hey guys! I'm thinking about getting a Valve Index VR headset, but I need help building a pc! I'm a total beginner when it comes to PC building, so I'd figured I'd ask you guys for help (since most of you already have PCs built for gaming/VR). This PC will be used for mostly for VR gaming and some basic video editing for work. I have the money saved up already for the Index and PC, so I'm trying to buy all these parts ASAP (Index is about to ship to me). I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse setup, so I won't be needing those. I'm trying to stick around $1000-$1500 price range, and I know the 3080 won't be in stock for a while (so I'm looking for alternatives like 2070, etc.). With my price range, I know I won't be able to play at 144hz, but I would love to try to get the most bang for buck. I have a parts list with some stuff I've been looking at, but wanted to hear your guys thoughts. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks! https://pcpartpicker.com/list/N7ZTb8
