  1. Is there much of a point to upgrading from a 9700F to a 9900K if the most intense thing I plan to do is game? Also could you easily hold 5.0ghz on all cores with a Hyper 212 Black Edition? Thanks in advance!
  2. I'd see about RMAing it since there is a known issue with the power connectors.
  3. I am about to upgrade from a GTX 1660S to a RTX 3080, and wondering if I need to DDU my drivers, and if there's anything else I need to do? I had an issue a while back with my 1660S not posting after switching out my boot drive, not sure if it was driver related. Thanks in Advance!
  4. I'm in the same boat, sort of. I'm thinking of running a RTX 3080 with an i7-9700F on a 1440p 144hz display. I'd rather get a GPU and upgrade my MoBo and CPU maybe when 11th Gen intel and PCIE 4 comes out, or may wait until DDR5 RAM is a thing.
  5. If my motherboard, and CPU only support 2666Mhz is there a point to more Gigahertz, Like Crucial's new 5100Mhz set?
  6. That's really weird... Following to hopefully learn more on the issue, as that score is around half of what it should be.
  7. Kinda weird but if it works. Extra Details seems to be even higher LOD and Geometry at a distance, IIRC.
  8. I would try RTX Medium with DLSS Quality and Extra Details off, and see if that is a happy medium.
  9. Would the 20XX tiers apply to the 30 series, roughly?
  10. I have an ASRock Motherboard capable of Base Frequency Boost, running a i7-9700F at 95W 4 Ghz with 1.25-1.35v on average. Just wanted to throw it out there since I haven't seen much posted on it, I guess since it's a new tech.
  11. Intel's WiFi 6 Desktop Kit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085M7VPDP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  12. It was a bad m.2 card. Got the new one in and it works like a charm!
