I'll be playing R6Siege and Rust mainly. I want to get the most out of my gear. I will be using a 4k monitor also. I also have a 1080p monitor.

So I am deciding on a CPU and GPU right now and can't pick. I am think a Nvidia RTX 3080 but can't choose a CPU. I was thinking a Ryzen 9 3900X or a Ryzen 9 3950X but don't know if it will bottleneck or just be too powerful for the GPU. Please Help. Thanks
