  1. Yes I did and no luck. And now my PC is not turning on. No Power nothing
  2. I ran it at XMP. It defaulted to 3000 after XMP
  3. I will try to do so. But as Linus made a video, he said to purchase RAM with same Frequency, timings and subtimings and with dies from same manufacturer. I did exactly what he said. The Frequency, timings and sub timings are same and both stick are made by Hynix. Will try tho
  4. Immediate help required - Hello, I recently (today) installed a Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHz (cl16, VER5.39) RAM module in my PC which already had a Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHz (cl16, VER5.30) module. The only difference in those two modules are the Version No (5.39 vs 5.30). Every game I open, it just crashes instantly and I never make it past the menu. I ran Windows Memtest and no errors were detected twice (normal mode). I tried running Premiere PRO and it worked fine even tho it was pushing total RAM usage to around 7GB System Memory and 2GB iGPU Shared Memory I have a Ryzen 3 2200G and I am using the Vega 8 iGPU. I have allocated the 3GB Vram in the BIOS and XMP is applied I did test with XMP disabled but no luck. P.S - Even Google Chrome is giving "aw snap" error
  5. Ok but does it make a difference wether I have A-Die or M-Die??
  6. Hello. I have a Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8 GB 3000MHz CL16 RAM (version 5.30). According to this post (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/152314-die-versions-etc/) it uses Hynix AFR die. But I don't know what AFR means so can someone please explain what AFR, MFR, etc means. NOW, I went to buy a second RAM and found this RAM which is exactly the same as my current one but has Version 5.39. So it appears to be Hynix MFR. Will there be a problem if I use these two Sticks in Dual channel? Here, (https://youtu.be/bTS0ybQ3lCI?t=394) Linus says we should use dies from the same manufacturer. So following his words, both of the Stick have Hynix Dies, so I should not have any problem Right?? P.S - I don't know what AFR and MFR means so please tell me that.

  11. Hi, I already have a Asus TUF B450-Plus (ATX) motherboard (not the PRO). I want to buy a Ryzen 7 3700x, Upgrade the cooler to a NZXT X52 and overclock the 3700X to how muchever is possible inside of a Asus TUF GT 301 case. My question is, given that I have 3*120mm fans intake, 1*120mm Rear Exhaust and 2*120mm fans at top(NZXT X52) will I run into any VRM overheating issues? Also does this board throttle CPU performance to save itself? I really need the CPU for Gaming, Editing & Streaming and I want to OC it. Please help me. I have some images that I found on Youtube. But I don't fully trust it as this is the B450M Plus(mATX).
