To be honest windows 10 can be buggy a lot so I know you said it works fine on your desktop but just to make sure 102% try using a different mouse on your laptop.

have you tried updating the mouse drivers? maybe its a windows 10 issue

try getting a 2060 super, it has more vram so maybe that would help or you can get a second hand 1080ti for 300-400 bucks. Or you can get a 5700xt for 400 on amazon.

Hmm I know this is dumb but is it connected to a dongle? Try using it without it and if your not using a dongle try using a different usb port. If that doesnt work try changing the dpi. Also if its a wireless mouse try using different batterys or charging it but if all that fails just mess with settings in control panel.

probably your mouse, try changing that or try getting a better monitor but you can also try turning on v-sync in games

Can someone tell me where I can find a micro atx motherboard for intel 9th gen cpus that supports 2933mhz ram and up. Mine currently supports 2666mhz but I can seem to find higher frequency motherboards. help would be appreciated!
