I upgraded from intel, unfortunately I can't even install clean windows

I can't install anything, it always restarts before I can do anything, and there is no bios update, it's brand new board.

There's only two ram slots, cleared cmos menu times, can't install anything because it restarts

Hello everyone, I just bought ryzen 5 3600, 2x8gb corsair vengeance 3600mhz and Gigabyte b550m s2h. Rest of stuff from my old rig is: supernova 750W, gtx970, 2 x sata ssd, 1 x hdd. Now here's the problem: Windows 10 won't boot, restarts usually after showing first screen with blue windows and rotating dots underneath. Every second restart windows tries to enter 'repair mode's but fails the same way. Bios runs fine and detects everything also xmp - tried existing windows from ssd and instalator from usb- in this case I only managed to get as far as first screen with region and language choice, but not always, maybe 1 out of 20 restarts. - tried reinstalling all components and running only necessary components - memtested all and each ram sticks, no errors - old components worked perfect in an old rig. I ordered different ram set already for Friday and I can't borrow parts to check, because where I live absolutely nobody uses desktop pcs. I also was looking for help on different forum so I've tried many other small things but I think it's time to ask the big boys ;) anyone knows what to do please? I'll try to answer all questions and try everything you guys may suggest. Thank you.
