  1. That's where I first changed it from iGPU to my actual GPU. Now if I try it, it shows that I already am using dedicated for chrome but it doesn't work.
  2. I play some browser games on on chrome and it has really made a difference due to the fact that my iGPU is 2x worse than my actual GPU. Thanks for your help tho
  3. My chrome used to run my integrated GPU instead of the dedicated one, when I manually switched it, everything was fine. But then now suddenly it switched back to my integrated again, I just did what I did before again but it didn't work. Any help? I'm not very good at much tech stuff but am very interested in it.

  5. I realized like a month ago that my chrome uses my integrated GPU instead of the dedicated. After knowing I just has to go to nvidia control panel and change some settings, I quickly did It and felt a noteicable difference on chrome, due to the fact that I was running a game on chrome ( krunker.io ). Now recently I again realized that the game was running slower than before so i checked on my task manager and noticed that it was using my integrated instead of dedicated one. I kept changing it to dedicated from nvidea control panel and nothing seemed to change. Any idea how i can fix this issue? The HP x360 envy (https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-envy-laptop-13t-ba000-18j46av-1) is a really good laptop as an suggestion, it includes a 10th gen i7 processor with a Ge-force mx 250 for any GPU uses. The price is €900 which is high above your limit but if you found it in any Computer store I'm pretty sure you'll get it for around €800. Of-course don't forget, It does have 16gb ram

  9. I'm new to the tech industry and am very interested in it I have a laptop which has an integrated (intel UHD graphics for 10th gen) and a dedicated one (ge-force mx130). I've done my research for both and came to the conclusion that the dedicated one is considerably faster than the integrated GPU but when I activated my dedicated GPU for the first time and played a browser game the fps were between 45-60 while the integrated one ran on 60 fps and no drops (capped on 60).   11. I'm new to the tech industry and am very interested in it I have 8gb ram on my laptop and while school we use a video calling app called Microsoft teams. It uses over 800mb memory when its just started and over 1500mb memory when there's a video call going on. My memory usage is around 70-80% consistently but I don't notice lag anywhere. I just wanted to know if this is a bad thing or not, or should I take some actions against it

  13. I'm new to the tech industry. And these questions might be common sense for you guys 1. Can you run out of RAM 2. How can I lower the memory usage of a certain app. example chrome? 3.
