GPU gets heat fluctuation and unreal gets hanged. If I am not rendering I have no issues.

Suggestion needed!! Hi I want to upgrade my My gpu from gtx1070 to rtx3080 will I have any issues with my CPU and also should I upgrade my RAM. By the way I am a game development student and this pc will mainly be used for content creations.
