  1. Budget (including currency): No clue. Country: USA. Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games that include Valorant mainly. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/k8KFYN So my friend wants a new PC. She doesn't want to spend a crap ton, but still wants something that's fast, reliable, and nice. She wants more FPS and wants to load games faster (her words). I made a list on PCPartPicker and would like some feedback and recommendations if possible please . She wants a build that would last quite a while since she doesn't know anything about computers so tinkering certain parts here and there is out of the question. Some questions I have: 1. She chose a NZXT H7 Flow case and I was looking at it and noticed it only comes with 1 rear 120mm fan and 1 front 120mm fan. Should I order more fans to cover the front for better airflow? I was planning on ordering one extra fan, take the fan from the rear, and put those 2 in front to have 3 intake fans. Would that be fine? 2. Is a 280mm AIO enough to cool a 13600K and 4070? 3. Would a 750W power supply be enough to power those 2? 4. I read somewhere that I needed a BIOS update for the MSI Z790-A WiFi motherboard to support the 13600K CPU? Is that true?
  2. After you mentioned fan bearings, I turned off the 3 exhaust fans up top, and noticed the sound went away. Now I know it has something to do with the fans.
  3. That's the situation. It starts buzzing then stops repeatedly.
  4. Was cleaning my PC yesterday, removing dust, changing thermal paste, stuff like that. Temps are idling at low 30s and after playing Valorant, it maxed out at 70. Turned my PC on today and noticed an annoying buzzing sound that I'm assuming is coming from the radiator? My cables are well managed and I made sure everything is plugged in correctly, and my screws are perfectly screwed in so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Do I need to replace my AIO or reposition it? 5. Just upgraded some parts on my friend's PC. Everything was fine until I installed the NVIDIA gaming drivers. It told me to restart the computer after it finished installing, but when I typed in the passcode to go to the home screen of windows, it's just a black screen. I'm able to see my cursor moving around as I move my mouse and I'm able to use ctrl, alt, and delete. I've tried many obvious fixes for example restarting the pc, resetting my bios to default, taking out the parts and putting them back in, and I even reinstalled windows... Please help! Went into safe mode and same thing... black screen with mouse cursor and ctrl, alt, delete still works. Opened task manager and used it to open control panel to open device manager to uninstall display adapters. Restarted the computer and still doesn't work. Could it be a part issue? The BIOS version of the B450 AORUS M is "F50" if that helps. Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nt7BVc
  6. Hello. So I’m building my friend’s PC. Sadly I’ve never built with cases with integrated RGB. So the case she chose is an NZXT H510i with an ASUS PRIME Z390-A motherboard. I was wondering where I plug the case's RGB connectors to? Also, the NZXT H510i case has a USB-C on the front panel and I was wondering where I plug that connector to. The connector comes with the case, but I don’t know where to plug that onto the motherboard. Also, the motherboard comes with 2 NVMe SSD slots. The 1st which is closest to the CPU, and the 2nd one which is on the bottom of the motherboard. I read somewhere that if I use the 1st one, one of the SATA ports won’t work? She wants to use an NVMe SSD, SATA SSD, and a hard drive. Thoughts? Case: NZXT H510i Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z390-A

  8. Hello. Just wondering if my temps are safe. Overclocked my 10600K to 5.1 GHz with 1.330 volts and the AVX set to 0. Idling temps, I get mid 20's Celsius and under heavy load, high 70's Celsius. Build: MB: MSI Z490-A PRO CPU: Intel i5-10600K CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Black
  9. It's because I'm recommending the motherboard and the case that my gf uses to her friend because she wanted to build her own computer. It's just in case she wanted to utilize both USB-C. Just the regular stuff the MSI Z390-A PRO offers. Nothing too extreme. I'm recommending this motherboard and case to my gf's friend because she wants to build a new gaming computer. It's just in case she wants to use both USB-C connectors.
  10. Do you recommend any boards that would support it?
  11. Ahhh that's a shame. I feel bad for her... But thanking you for showing where to connect it to on my Z490 motherboard! You're a life saver!
  12. So my girlfriend and I have the NZXT H510 case. We noticed that it came with a USB-C on the front panel, but when we try to use it, it doesn't work? I swear to God I plugged in the front panel connector to both of our motherboards when I built them. The power button and the USB-A on the front panel works fine. The USB-C on the back of both cases works perfectly. Am I missing something? I noticed there was a connector with a cap on it that came with the case when I was building the PCs, but it didn't have a label on it so I didn't know where to put it on the motherboard.
