Not really urgent at all. I don't mind waiting a bit. I currently have a laptop and I could buy parts by parts. Do you know what a good CPU and motherboard that could go well the 3070?

Budget (including currency): 1500$ ~ 2000$ max ($CAD) (Excluding monitor) Country: Canada Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Premiere After Effect Illustrator Photoshop Lightroom Fusion 360 (rarely so i could handle some lag) Anno 1800 and other games of this type Flight simulator 2020 (I don't mind playing lowering graphic quality as long as i can play) Rainbow 6 Siege Starcraft 2, Age of Empires 2, etc. (love old games) New games Other details I would also love recommendations for a monitor, preferably an HDR display for creative work, as I'm planning buying another monitor in the futur. I'll use the old one as a side display. But I won't be buying it right away I'm currently studying movie/tv production and I also studied graphic design in the past. I'm planning using the PC for freelance graphic design work and video editing in the future. I also want to be able to play games without being limited in choices but I don't mind not playing full quality for super heavy games. In others words, I want a PC that could be able to have a workstations that I can game on, good in both. I build two PCs 5 years ago but I now feel a bit overwhelmed by the choices. Feel free to ask anything else if that help. Thanks!
