Budget (including currency): 700-800€
Country: Portugal
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: All kinds of games (e-sports and AAA)
Other details I have a 1080p 144hz monitor so i will be playing at 1080p. Also i don't intent to overclock anything. The 10-20 extra frames you get don't really appeal to me for the risk of damaging your parts

As you can see i already bought some parts. But i'm really undecided on the motherbord and the graphics card.
For the motherboard i'm between the biostar X470NH (90€) and the asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac (114€). The Biostar is cheaper but isn't x470 supperior to b450? Also the asrock comes with wifi and bt that could be andy.
For the GPU i'm between the rtx 2060 (300€) and the gtx 1660 super (200€). I'm leaning towards the 2060 due to the DLSS, is it worth the 100€? I can wait until early next year for the graphics card if you guys think that prices will drop with the release of the rtx 3060 ti
So what do you recomend? Also, do you see any problems with my build? This will be my 1st so i'm very excited but also very afraid that i screw up something.
Thx in advance
