If I switch over to the 7800x3d I'd only save around $200 which is not enough for me to make the jump to a 4080 unfortunately. What ram kit would you recommend? Preferable I get a white kit.

This what I have for right now. I already have a PSU that my friend gave me. I found the 7950x3d for that much from BBY. Also found the 4070ti as an open box from BBY. My Budget is $2000 USD after tax. I do kinda what to change my ram out for some GSkill Rip Jaws but those ones are CL36. I'm mostly using Autodesk Maya to model. I mostly play big RPG's like Cyber Punk and Starfield.

I'm kinda dumb but why is there nothing on the i7-13700K? Quick look online says it's been out already but I've seen nothing from LTT or Gamers Nexus

I'm trying to get started in Sim racing but I don't have a big budget. I was planning to buy a G29 but then the Covid prices hit. Anyone have any recommendations for a budget friendly wheel? Also I was look at used T300s and TXs and want to now the difference and if it's worth it over Logitech's offerings.
