  1. Are you saying that I would see similar performance with either GPU, because of CPU or other system limitations? Is there an FPS/$ advantage to going with a 2060s? without knowing the numbers, a generation older and a step down from 3070 at 70% of the cost sounds like it could be a worse deal overall?
  2. Hello everyone I've got this computer I made over 5 years ago that has, and still is, serving me very well. Here are the important specs: - i7 5820k @ 4.4Ghz - 32GB DDR4 - GTX 970 - 2x 1440p monitors Since I've recently started playing warzone with some friends I've been looking at upgrading the graphics card, but I'm not sure what to get. I haven't been keeping on top of hardware and have little idea how this stacks up to current hardware. I read about the new 3080, and 3070 being better than 2080ti, but perhaps all of those are overkill for my old system? This is where you come in. Which graphics card should I be looking out for, are there any used bargains that I can look for rather than new? Would I be better off buying/building a new computer or upgrading more components than just the graphics card? I'm on a significantly tighter budget now, than when I built my computer, and spending much more than 1000$ US is out of the question. Looking forward to your feedback!
