  1. Warzone is very CPU intensive and not very GPU intensive. Those frame rates are likely normal for your CPU.
  2. Yes, you can. Log in to your Microsoft account, go to billing->subscriptions, and you can turn off automatic payments from there.
  3. It looks like the second M.2 slot on your board only supports up to PCIE 3.0, not 4.0. I know some PCIE 4.0 components are compatible with 3.0 slots, but that might be your issue.
  4. So you're saying there's a delay between when she pressed the brightness button and when the brightness changed? Or did it not change at all? If it was just a delay that's probably a software issue, could happen if a lot of processes were running at once. Ask her to try it again with nothing else running the next time she restarts the laptop.
  5. If you were logged into a Microsoft account on that PC before the BSOD, it should have preserved your key. Try logging in to your MS account on the new install.
  6. Look up instructions for how to USB flash your specific motherboard. You do not need to enter BIOS to update the BIOS.
  7. You need to update the bios. Look in your mobo manual to see if it supports bios update via USB. If it doesn't, AMD has a loaner program where they will send you an old CPU so you can perform the update. Places like micro center will also perform the update for you (using an older cpu) for a small fee. https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-105#faq-Short-Term-Processor-Loan-Boot-Kit
  8. My new Corsair RM650 smelled plasticy like that for about a week, but it works fine. Check your temps, and if they're all good and nothing else is suspect I'd chalk it up to 'new PSU smell'. If it were me I wouldn't RMA unless something else goes wrong or you still smell plastic after a few weeks. You mentioned the smell was less strong the second time, so you're probably in the clear.
  9. Try completely wiping your GPU drivers with DDU, then reinstalling.
  10. You are wrong, most motherboards and CPUs do not have integrated graphics.
  11. You can loan one from AMD to perform the bios update: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-105#faq-Short-Term-Processor-Loan-Boot-Kit
  12. Hi all, I recently downloaded DCS and I'm having some trouble getting it to run properly. When I load into a game, the framerate is really low, easily under 30 FPS. My hardware monitor shows that the game is using less than 10% GPU and CPU, 4/6GB VRAM, and 16/32 DRAM. I assume something isn't right because the game is chugging but none of my system resources are maxed.
