  1. A long time update: since mid of 2021, I moved all to custom loop, without any NZXT part (besides a puck support for headphones - the only thing that indeed works from them). No problems or freezes so far. Before I decided to move to a CM case, and use the old air coolers on both GPU and CPU, no problems too (besides the fact that it was a blower cooler, very loud). If CAM software was uninstalled from my PC, it works just fine. Install it, and trouble comes together. Besides the fact that on H200i, the airflow for GPU is so bad that I had constant freezes and shut down on my PC due to GPU temperature, while on CM case I could even OC it. Their support suggested things like "Reinstall" and "Refresh", like it is our problem, and not a fault on their error handler inside their software. NZXT never again.
  2. New year, old problem. I still experience black-screen crashes on FH4 (one of the most demanding games I play currently). It is a nightmare, making AMD hardware feels like crap. Sometimes one USB port "randomly" disconnect, and an error appears on Device Manager (a port used by NZXT peripherals). I need to uninstall that driver, restart the machine, and everything is fine again. I do believe it is a conflict with AMD hardware (since I've been monitoring the GPU temperatures, and everything is fine there), and I start to doubt NZXT quality control. If the issue still persist I'm contacting their support again, and will update this topic.
  3. Updates: I'm running CAM version 4.15.0, no freezes yet. What I did notice was a random error with USB ports used by NZXT USB Hub. When it does occurs, the case fans goes to 100% and I need to uninstall USB drivers and restart my computer. It is rare and completely random. It was a similar behaviour I experienced with freezes, where fans would go to their maximum RPM (unfortunately, I could not tell which one - raditor or case fans). I believe the software could cause compatibility issues with other drivers, thereby trying to override them and causing your PC to freeze. An important note here is, I tried to verify WIndows logs (which did not show any issue), and to run Driver Verifier, which caused an error and I had to restore my entire system to a previous version (2 days ago). I did contact their support, which told me to uninstall their software using Revo Uninstaller, and then download it and try again (they provided me the link). I did not proceed, since the error was gone (and I really do not want to bring it back), but I'll surely contact them again (and encourage anyone here to) if the issue returns.
  4. Mine is also all-AMD (CPU and GPU). With the latest CAM update (version 4.12.0) it seems to be fixed, but it is still to early to claim that. I'll keep testing and see what happens. I realy hope if it is fixed they do not bring this bug back again in future updates. Besides BIOS, I updated all drivers, and I'm also on Windows 2004 version (which I thought was causing the issue - maybe the update caused incompatibility with CAM?).
  5. Yes, I updated to this version yesterday, let's see if crashes stop (hopefully). The ticket on NZXT support is still open though.
  6. Well, unfortunately I'm having the same problem here. When I play some games, and leave my computer on idle, at desktop, for few minutes, the fans related to Smart Device go up to their maximum speed (set on CAM software), and the computer is locked. All I can do is open task manager, close some apps, but I cannot access restart or any other star menu function. I decied to exit CAM software before leaving my computer on idle today, and I had no problems then. So I highly believe it is related to NZXT's software, maybe even a conflict with other programs (such as RGBFusion). I made a request on their website, and we'll see how their support handle this. I will post every progress from it here, so maybe we could get a solution. I really do not want to pay so much for these products and be left without support or with a malfunctioning system.
