After 2 to 4 hours of gameplay from Cyberpunk 2077 and Call of Duty Warzone/Multiplayer, my computer keeps freezing. I need help please!

So is it possible I can enjoy my 3090 rtx even if its not in full potential due to cpu while waiting?

I'm planning to complete my ultimate build by the end of 2021.

Well, guys, I was planning to upgrade my motherboard, CPU, and everything to its most expensive ones as possible, like the i9 10900K. Those are my target upgrades, and this is the reason why I want the 3090 RTX. I want the best of the best if I'm going to spend this much money. Still, right now, I don't have that much money to buy in one go, so instead of doing the "buy the less cost hardware, upgrade later way." I was thinking to buy all the costly hardware one by one, like for example, I'm targeting to buy the i9 10900k this January 2021, then on February the motherboard and the ram and on the march, so on and so forth... I hope you guys get what I'm trying to point out. hehe

Hello guys, I'm new here and I was hoping to get some advice here. I'm planning to buy a 3090 RTX ROG Strix Gaming since I heard this will go out in limited stocks. So I decided that I will buy this gpu first and then after 6 months, I will upgrade for other hardware components such as cpu, motherboard etc. So here is my current specs: i7 4790k Maximus hero vii 32GB ram 1200 watts psu xg279q monitor at 1440p resolution with 170hz Will I be able to use 3090 rtx while waiting to earn some more money to buy my other upgrades?
