  1. Sounds good, what about SSDs ? And ehat exactly do you mean unused ? Does it mean HDDs that are not being read/written from/at or just dormant and not even showing up in windows for example
  2. Hi, this is my first post here. I have a dual boot system, a windows 10 and a hackintosh. I usually use my hackintosh boot for work (mostly adobe software video editing and stuff) while i use my windows 10 to play games and do 3D rendering. I have 1 2 TB HDD (seagate) for windows while i have 2 240GB SSDs (Kingston and wd) and 2 2TB HDDs (seagate) I was wondering do my drives suffer wear and tear when say for example i am using windows but hackintosh HDDs are still plugged in (and probably drawing power) ?
