  1. The GPU was given to me by a friend long before I even have my first rig. It's about 2 years old, though. The parts I bought last August are the board, CPU, and Memory. About my PSU, yeah. I'm thinking this will be my first priority for now. I will save up for a good GPU since I'm still able to play games with the card I'm currently using. Thank you, good sir, for your help and replies. Have a great day!
  2. PSU is a Korean-made 600w named "VP-600GW VOLT Black Label" and is manufactured by GreatWall.
  3. Hi and thank you for your reply. I was thinking of buying a used GPU, tho. I can extend my budget up to $150 but what I'm worried about is the compatibility on my CPU. Will it run on its full potential, etc. So I'm trying to call out other people who uses the same CPU as mine and get any information and idea on what GPU should I use with it. Also, I can't extend my budget on buying new parts since I just bought these parts last August. It's cheap, I know. Well, it's all I could get. Edit: Regarding my fried RX 470, I had a "little" accident while putting thermal paste on its processor (or whatever it's called). It's already modified, because it's a mining edition of the card and a little of the soldered wires have snapped for I was being careless when I'm putting it back together. Might as well use this when it's fixed and buy new CPU.
  4. Budget (including currency): $100 USD Country: Philippines Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD: Warzone Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hello everyone, so I need your suggestions on this build/upgrade-planning. I'm planning on upgrading my rig so that I can play COD : MW even in the medium possible settings. I was able to play COD MW before with my RX 470 8gb Sapphire. But since it's broken, I'm currently using GeForce GTX 650 and I am planning on buying a new GPU. But was afraid of bottlenecks. Any suggestion? And also, suggestions on CPUs, please? What's more suitable upgrade for my board. My current build: CPU - Intel Pentium Gold G5400 Board - MSI B365M Pro-VH RAM - 2x8gb Hyper X Fury 2666mhz GPU - GeForce GTX 650 Storage - Intel SSD 660P + 2x500gb HDD (RAID 0) PSU - Generic 600w Thanks in advance and best regards to everyone.
  5. I recently searched for that RAID process or, but I liked the idea too. In Windows 10, they call it "Storage Spaces" (correct me if I'm wrong). Since I have 4x500gb HDDs, I might use it on RAID setup and just buy a lower SSD for my OS and applications.
  6. Since you gave me an idea, I'll probably try the 2nd option. I can see in your PC Build that you have a 120gb SSD and 2tb HDD, which I assume the SSD is for your OS and HDD is for your files and stuff. I fully used up 3 of my HDDs on movies, personal files, music, etc. I only have like 200gb space on my OS HDD since it's where my games and other software are installed. I actively play 2 games, since my GPU got broken. With that 512gb drive for your games, is that an SSD or HDD? Thanks for your replies, all.
  7. So I'm planning on upgrading my system from HDD to SSD. I'm on a tight $100 budget and was planning to buy Kingston A2000 1tb for my OS and games. I'm seeing a lot of threads about just buying an SSD that's around 256gb - 512gb for my OS and an HDD about 1tb - 4tb for my games and other stuff. Can I have your suggestions, please? I'm a light-gamer and use my PC mostly for school stuff like programming applications, virtualbox, and such. I only play games like DotA 2, League of Legends, etc. I'm currently using 4x500gb Seagate HDD - 1st one is for my OS and Games, others are for my files and stuff. Thank you in advance. And sorry if this is the wrong section to post this.
