Hey guys, 3200mhz cl14 ( 14 14 34 ) vs 3600 mhz cl16 ( 16 16 36 ) same price.. which would be better for intel?

With which RAM should i go? 16gb 3200MHz CL16 18-18-36 or 16gb 3600MHz CL18 22-22-42 Or are there some better RAM ? (but need RAM that is smaller than 40mm in height) budget is around 80€ CPU i7-10700k
