guys i am so frustrated when microsoft is eating 54% of my ram and i have only 8gb of ram and cannot upgrade to 16gbs and i need to start doing blender and cryengine and it just lags because of lack of memory. if you want lowest noise level :fractal celsius s36
personal i would recommend the asus rog ryujin 360

around 450-500 bucks 

go for a 5600x with a msi x570 or b550 tomahawk

then go for the lg with 4 144hz it will be better but check in the spec of the monitor if it supports display stream compression without that you will not be able to run 4k 144hz on your monitor

If they are the same price, the 1600AF would be the best option. All of the mobos you mentioned are not bad, so just go with the cheapest of them all. 2x8 3200mhz CL16 would be a great option for RAM.

better go for asrock b550 steel legend which is better and only 10 bucks more

more price=more performance
