  1. I think maybe I should run a benchmark again and this time I'll monitor the temps through a different software to ensure redundancy. CPU- R5 3600 GPU- MSI RTX 3060ti Motherboard- B500 Gaming Plus - MSI AIO - Deepcool 240mm Castle RAM- 16 Gigs 3600mhz single channel (Dual channel was outta stock)
  2. So while benchmarking my system on 3dmark I saw a reading which was showing my Ryzen 5 3600 boosting upto 5.3 Ghz....now this was strange and my CPU hit 93 degrees for no reason. I didn't even overclocked this thing. What could be the reason here? And the fix for it? I mean this seems scary because it might have actually boosted to 5.3 Ghz once for a second but without any overclocks this seems impossible.
  3. Yes probably I have to update the BIOS, PSU is alright because it haven't given me any reliability issues for past 1.5 years
  4. CPU- Ryzen 5 3600 Motherboard- B550 Gaming Plus by MSI Memory- 16 gigs 3600mhz single channel (I couldn't find any dual stick in stock) Storage devices- 256 GB NVMe drive 2400 MB/s and a 1 TB Hard Drive 7200 RPM AIO- Deepcool 240 mm GPU- RTX 3060Ti Ventus 2x from MSI Power Supply- The infamous Gigabyte GP-P750W 80 Plus Gold -Haven't exploded yet but I've tested this one and got lucky that it isn't a faulty one
  5. The total score went down by upto 40%, unfortunately for some reason. I tried again and still it was disappointing when it came to the result I don't think the the performance would fall soo much. I didn't made any changes to the components what so ever
  6. Temps are waaay under 75 degrees celsius but it's underperforming by quite a lot. The bug is when I go to turn on AMD Power Plans, it keeps switching them to Balanced
  7. So I recently tested my CPU and GPU using 2-3 benchmarking softwares and found out that my CPU is underperforming severely. It's not overheating so thermal throttling is out of the equation. I checked task manager to see if some other background program is causing issues but found none. And while trying to look around with power plans I came across this bug which causes my power plans to switch for some reason. Is there any way to counter this bug? Also what can I do to boost my CPU performance back to average?
  8. I recently installed a Deepcool Castle 240 RGB in my pc and now I'm not able to sync it, can someone help me with this?
  9. hmmm I trust you mate, now I can finally not worry about those temps. Also what should be the ambient room temps?
  10. We all know how Wraith Stealth cooler is, so I got this deepcool castle Yesterday and installed it but upon later tests I found out that my cpu was hitting 79 degrees during benchmarking with Cinebench. And also I live here in India which means my room temperature is about 27-32 degrees. I know these are not ambient temps but do they affect the cpu temps? Also is 45-50 degrees (Idle) and 75-78(Load) great temps with an AIO? All the temperatures are in Celsius.
  11. So I am gonna be making a build, and I am looking for power which won't break my bank..... Nvidia just launched 3060ti which seemed appealing to me. But I have a perticular budget, so I was wondering that if I could squeeze in a 3060ti into my build which meant I gotta go with R5 3600 instead of 3700x which I planned earlier. Is 3600 worthy of 3060ti without major bottlenecks?.. Or should I stick my older configuration of R7 3700x with 2060 super?
