Turns out i had a bad power supply the whole time ! She’s been up and running for a day or two and no problems. Appreciate all the help from everyone !

Looks like it’s the VGA light, does that mean GPU is shot ? I’ve also noticed it’s not just a red flash, but one quick rainbow flash on boot. Just looks red from how fast it’s moving.

So the standoffs are actually pre-installed, which i didn’t know before I took it apart and screwed stand offs into the stand offs then non of the parts fit. The back metal shield is on the motherboard as well.

Okay so got the new motherboard in, rebuilt the system, and still the same one red blink. Idek what to do anymore.

Yep i’ll hop back on here when it gets here. I’m going to order that motherboard speaker as well. Appreciate all the help man.

Well after staying up all night messing around with everything still no luck. Sending the board in for a replacement threw amazon. Then if this board doesn’t work guess it’s time for a new power supply ?

Okay so took it all apart, put the standoffs in, re-wired it all again and nothing’s changed... got any other ideas?

So this might be the issue. I didn’t screw any of the standoffs on. I’ll take her back apart and prey this fixes her If the board did short because of that how badly will that damage the parts ?

Okay so the motherboard came with one silver one and it was screwed into the wrong spot out of the box. Did not come with any brass ones.

When you say standoffs do you mean the screws or the little metal peice holding my SSD into place ? (Sorry for my confusion)

Would it be the same as i did in the corners? Just a normal philips screw ?

Shoottt yeah i guess i missed those two. Could that be the problem?

Okay plugged the two pin in and still the same one red blink. Nothing turns on.
