Oh, a fellow Indian! Considering your requirements id pick the Ryzen system. The processor is better with lower thermal output, and the GPU is good enough for your gaming needs as well. Although if you want to do any more gaming than that (playing AAA games especially) going with the RTX 3060 will be much better. Pick carefully! Cheers.
