I want to run the Asus WS Z390 board with two graphics cards but can't determine the slot spacing to pick a Nvlink bridge. Also, the product page suggests a two card configuration using the 1st and 3rd 16 pin PCI-e slots but they look too widely spaced for any Nvlink bridge that I've seen. Anyone dealt with this board yet and know what I'm up against? <https://www.asus.com/us/Commercial-Servers-Workstations/WS-Z390-PRO/>

So I'm doing a new build with the Corsair RM750i and I want to run 4 SSD's and 4 HDD's. The corsair SATA power cables are angled with this stiff plastic and wont work... Looking around I have found these molex to 2x straight sata power y splitters which look like the most eloquent solution (even if I have to ghetto wrap them with electric tap). Corsair include a 4x molex cable and I was wondering if I could run all 8 drives through it? There really isn't much space in the back of the case so I'd rather not have to manage another molex cable from the PSU. Cool looking case! Looks like there's enough room, how do you have the fan controller mounted?

They're all going to be around the same for cooling with the Strix probably coming out on top but for a price... Personally I'd go for the EVGA card out of your options or like mxvz said the gigabyte windforce card if it would fit. What case are you using?

https://www.massdrop.com/buy/varmilo-mechanical-keyboard This ones only got 3 hours left so I'd hurry if you're interested. It's TKL though so you might not be interested...

Ah derp... I actually tried this but didn't see where it said it, Cheers

Is there anywhere you can see how many PCIe lanes your graphics cards or other devices are using? I believe my SLI'd cards are both running in 8x but would like some way of validating this. Thanks!

Ok, here are some pics: PC's up and running like a charm with good temps all over and NO LEAKS! Would really like to hear from someone else who's installed this water block though as I'm still a bit worried something is getting hot under all that metal. Cheers

Loops filled and runs like a dream. Sorry I can't give an accurate flow rate... Thanks everyone

They cover all the VRAM and the mofsets but not the chokes. There was definetly more TIM on the stock cooler. I'll post some pics in a sec.

Hey so I've been putting the ek water blocks on my 980's and am not convinced about the placement of the thermal pads. Anyone else been through this lately?

So I've got everything delivered and the loop's almost back together. Have clear tops on the water blocks so should be able to see any cavitation. No flow meter... But should be able to get a sense for the flow rate anyway.

Yeah good point thanks. When would you need another pump? That kind of pressure is probably getting too scary anyway. Would it be best to run a second loop if you needed it?

So my loop is currently just a cpu block (koolance cpu380i), 2x480 rads and a single 240 rad with a koolance pmp450 (d5). I know its overkill but I've been waiting for graphics cards worthy of water and now, finally, there's a pair of 980's on the way. Koolance have said the block for GTX980 cards is coming soon. Now my questions are: 1/ Is my pump going to be strong enough? 2/ If not, what's the best way to add another? Thanks all

Noctua fan's are solid but I personally can't stand the colours... The Corsair SP series fan's come with interchangeable coloured ring accents (red, blue and white) which look pretty pro and perform really well (just no LED's). There does seem to be an absence of Static optimized fans with LED's.
