If you spend $99 more (on Amazon) you can get the Acer Predator Orion 3000. I've owned one for almost a year and it is a good entry level PC for this budget, in my opinion. Good looking PC, good size and decent specs.
CPU: 3.20GHz Intel Core i7-8700 (six-core, up to 4.6GHz)
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (8GB GDDR5)
This is more than sufficient for the games you mentioned, plus AAA games, provided you set the settings to recommended.
From UserBenchmark, the 6GB version of this card runs CSGO smoothly and gets up to 221 FPS. Larger games, such as GTA V, run at around 69 FPS, something you'd expect from a PS4 or Xbox. Noticeable after long sessions on CSGO, but not really a major difference.
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Not the best, but sufficient as long as you don't intend to run GTA V and CSGO and 40 chrome tabs side by side. I'd recommend upgrading to 16GB eventually.
Storage: 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD
Good storage options, as I doubt you'd fill up the 1TB+256 GB worth of storage any time soon.
Ports: 1x USB-C 3.1. 3x USB 3.0, 4x USB 2.0, 3x DisplayPort, 1x HDMI, 1x DVI
Once again, good, you can put your keyboard, mouse, plus mic or whatever else. Good display outputs too.
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit English
Camera: none
Size: 340 x 130 x 350mm (HxWxD)
Hope this helps! I'll look around for alternatives if the price is too high.
