because how much of a performance increase they have over other generations especially if you're upgrading anything below a 2080 Ti and with so many warnings of how limited stock the cards would have everyone and their grandparents were up at the time hitting refresh as soon as the clock hit 6 am PST 

I don't blame NewEgg at all there is no site in the world that could handle that much overload it's really Nvidia fault for making such a great card with such great value but only having limited stock as well as warning everyone about it.

Well I placed an order in for mine last night when it was available and I got confirmation that the order went through and it will be shipped today.

4 year warranty it's ok :3

This OC won't give you much afaik. The stock clock speed can actually reach 5.1GHz. So you basically leave single-threaded performance on the table with this OC.
