It's a good idea to refresh that copy of Windows every once in a while.

As a Mechanical Engineer that has been working on solar thermal loops for years, I might just have something to add to this topic.
 
I think creating two loops may have some added benefit if configured in the following way.
 

 
This is a modification on a method of storing solar thermal energy, allowing the warmest fluid to be available at any given time.  The large reservoir naturally moves the warm water on top and the cold water down below.  As long as there isn't too much churning, the fluids should stay stratified.  In this case we simply want the warmest water to be moved to the radiator at all times.  Same concept, different application.
 
Natural convection may also be a means of moving the warm water to the radiator without the need for an extra pump, as long as a radiator can be found that has an inlet on each end (important!).  Otherwise a pump could be added to this second loop to force this flow and allow for a more horizontal installation as follows.
 

 
Also, the addition of thermal sensors (cheap) and a controller (Arduino) could allow for any configurations proposed so far to operate automatically while not running the pumps and fans 24/7.  I think automation would be a great advantage regardless of loop configuration and is relatively easy now.

Correct.  100 feet of 1/2" tubing will be very restrictive, and also expensive.  Garden hose being mass produced can be had 150 feet for $40.  This also saves you from contamination so if the blue side gets hit with alien life forms for whatever reason (you can either run UV or chemicals, but I prefer UV because of my cat not wanting to drink chemicals), you're not having to tear apart your waterblocks and whatnot.

Is the hose I used.  Comes with anti-microbial coating on the inside already which I thought was nice.

You inject the operating system into the CPU first, with a needle; which get's the OS up and running; and then you have to pull everything out and reinstall it.  /S

In that case the PSU might be the problem. It's possible the caps in it have issues and need a power cycle before they work properly.
It's something that's becoming quite rare these days, but it's still possible. I would try to swap the PSU and see if that fixes it.
 
Also, is it grounded? If you live in germany it's the metal pin of a wall plug, that needs to be connected to earth, if it's not connected, then that could also be the source of your problem.

also running the game on ultra @ a solid 60fps using a gtx 970

drop linux on it. (something KDE, XFCE or LXDE depending on how much of a toaster your graphics solution is)
 
i'm gonna say tho, if you have a 32-bit P4... dont expect anything decent out of it. i have one of those, and whenever i do something floating point intensive it just freezes.
 
as for installing: get a CD or DVD drive and slap it in temporary.
