So today when i booted up my pc i go this error: I have tried everything and nothing worked.

So when i started my pc today i got the error ME is in recovery state. It stayed for 2-3 seconds and then the pc booted up but i could not connect to the wifi. Every thing works expect the Ethernet. Its not from the routher/cable because they work on my laptop. How can I fix it?
